I was always pretty sure that Hummels would stay. Frankly, I'm always a bit puzzled when (mainly) fans of certain clubs in the EPL think they only need to click their fingers and every player they fancy would transfer to their clubs. ^^

Hummels had a really great game yesterday against Portugal. I'm really happy he can finally translate his Bundesliga form to the international stage!

Yep Hummels was surprisingly the best defender for us. Hope he continues the same form in the next coming matches. The Hummels-Badstuber duo looks great with Boateng/Schweinsteiger/Lahm helping them out.

On other news Watzke confirmed Lewandowski to stay AND that Dortmund will not break the bank for Stuttgart's Scheiber. (via http://tinyurl.com/lewandowskistay)

Well, Reus will play the wing, Götze take over Kagawa's role as playmaker and Lewandowski is the Nr.1 striker anyway. Barrios was benched most of the time last season, which caused him wanting to leave in the first place.

Yup, the Julian Schieber transfer was finalized with an alleged transfer fee of 6 mio Euros.

They havent replaced Barrios yet have they ?

Or are they going to call up one of their youth strikers to fill the void ?Just curious.

Isnt he a Left Winger sort of ?I thought that is the position he was playing at Stuttgart atleast from what i've watched..

So they are not after any more strikers then ?

Well, Julian Schieber's main position is center forward, although he is versatile enough to play on the left wing, too. (In the German U21 NT he played as CF, for example.) Dunno if Dortmund will look for another striker. They will certainly be careful not to spend too much.

Dortmund won their test match against Meppen today with 2:1 (0:0). The goals for Dortmund were scored by the youngsters Mustafa Amini (19) and Jonas Hofmann (19).

Jonas Hofmann is a top talent btw, one of the brightest prospects that plays with Dortmund II. Had a fantastic season in the "Regionalliga".

Unfortunately, we have lost our second test-match against FC Brügge 3-1. Klopp tried many players and Bittencourt scored a brilliant goal.

In addition, there has been trouble in the stands. As is known, FC Brügge fans are particularly aggresive and created problems with some BvB fans in the stands. Probably still bitter over Perisic rofl

Chances that you're going to get more views when you post vids in the Multimedia thread are more than in the rest of world section.

Right now Borussia Dortmund is taking on Werder Bremen in the Liga Total Cup. W00t! Mitch Langerak will stand between the sticks today! I hope he'll have a great match again!

Update:
Awww! Poor kid! It's 6 minutes in the match now, and Werder already scored twice. Although you can't really blame Mitch Langerak alone - the whole defense really messed up.
