A lot of people's lineups had Rooney at AM and Ozil's probably better at AM.

And I prefer Benzema's all round play to RVP's.

Benzema is almost useless if Rooney and Ozil are playing .

Rooney will be marking Alonso tomorrow, i am pretty sure about that.

Completely agree: Gutierrez, Santon and many others all magically improved since we brought some competition.

The recent germany vs france game is almost enough proof alone to show why ozil is a better AM. His quick short passes (lay offs and through balls) are a completely different level to rooney, and, i think his first touch is better as well.

But would Messi be as successful at doing what Iniesta does in midfield? I think Iniesta's dribbling is more effective than Messi's in certain areas.
