Capital One Cup Quarter-final Draw

Bradford vs Arsenal
Leeds vs Chelsea
Norwich vs Aston Villa
Swansea vs Middlesbrough

The games will be played on the week of the 10th of December - Chelsea's on the week of the 19th since they're in the Club World Cup.

Our draw is something of a double edged sword. On the one hand, it's the lowest ranked team left in the competition. On the other hand, it's a lower league club playing in front of a guaranteed full stadium with a chance of a big scalp and a semi-final appearance.

Otherwise, we have a definite chance of winning this tournament.

We need to get Chelsea before the Final to win it. I know we lost against birmingham before, but A team like chelsea will be really hard to beat in a cup final

unless leeds beat them, i hope we get them in the next round

I think Leeds will beat Chelsea, i am more worried about us against Bradford.

So bittersweet to draw Bradford. Obviously the seemingly weakest team to draw yet the onus is now on us (onus on us? ha) to dispatch them and make it to the final if we don't get Chelsea in the semis. And if we make it to the finals against Chelsea...

its understandable considering how we play these days.. :facepalm:

we must be very disappointed unless we get stopped by Chelsea..
RIP and all unlucky charms are out.. May be this cup is ours.. Dont know why i am feeling so excited..
Anyway happy that the team got rewarded for the exceptional spirit they showed yesterday with a strong chance of lifting a cup.. How disappointing it would have been if we lost that match and then saw this fixture result...
