According to ElConfidencial, this is the winner out of the 4 projects. This will be the new stadium, the architects are working to integrate the roof better to the shape of the stadium:

yeah there is an hotel, a commercial center, roof, new skin like Perez wanted, new parkings, higher capacity. Basically it was picked because it's the one projected to make the most money

the number i read everywhere is 250m to renew the whole thing. Works are supposed to start in the summer 2013 and be done by summer of 2015.
