Who might win the Europa League?
My opinion still remain the same, Like I said in April and August before the draws were made, all you have to do is link the two quotes.

That made me laugh, cool story...
I am just really happy that, when next you play us. You'll think twice.
Next season, Madrid will be eliminated in Group stage by Dortmund

This year, the Europe League should go to Hannover 96The Messiah wrote:My opinion is not changing, still remain the same, Dortmund and City will get pass the group, Madrid will win the Europa Cup I am sorry Madrid fans.

'OMG', do you realise how fantastic will be the season if this happens?

Inter, Napoli, Lazio and Udinese are now in Europe League. They must win many points this year and take back their 4 places for teams in UCL .

Italy must work harder then. Atm: Germany 2.642 vs Italy 2.250vlafy wrote:Inter, Napoli, Lazio and Udinese are now in Europe League. They must win many points this year and take back their 4 places for teams in UCL .rwo power wrote:This year, the Europe League should go to Hannover 96

Yes, but i give them the first chance to make more points than German teams this year.I may be wrong...we will see .

Well, Germany has Borussia M'gladbach, Bayer Leverkusen, VfB Stuttgart and Hannover 96 in the EL - they should be able to collect a couple of points, too. Although I have to admit, it might be not so easy for BMG in their group.

Yes.Personally, this season i rate Inter Milan, Napoli and Lazio better than Bayer Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Gladbach or Hannover.Maybe Udinese isn't that good this season. That's why i think that Serie A teams will bring more points from Europe League this year, inspite of having more difficult groups than Stuttgart, Leverkusen and Hannover, which were in higher pots than italian teams.
Italian teams: 1 team in first pot (Inter), Udinese and Napoli in the second pot, Lazio in the 3rd.
German teams: 2 teams in first pot (Leverkusen, Stuttgart), one team in the 2nd pot (Hannover), one team in the 3rd pot (Gladbach)
Tottenham
Panathinaikos
Lazio
Maribor
Liverpool
Udinese
Young boys
Anzhi
By the way...Stuttgart must be careful to Steaua Bucharest, they have a strong squad.I think they are the strongest enemy for Stuttgart in the group.

I think all of the teams must play to the best of their abilities to prevail. The EL has a lot of strong teams this season again. BTW, don't underestimate Hannover - they may be unfancied, but they play with the most heart of all of the German EL teams, maybe next to BMG.

Re: Who might win the Europa League?
BMG are a disgrace to Bundesliga, they couldn't beat Dinamo so that we'll have the 4teams in CPL for the 1st time in a while.

they would have been a disgrace if they participated and got raped in the CL groupstages. however, especially when looking at the first game of the qualifiers it is obvious that a lot of bad luck was involved. they tried to make up for it in the second game with a good display, but it just wasn't enough. that's how it goes sometimes.
they are far more useful for the standing of the bundesliga in the europa league with respect to the ueafa coefficient. if dortmund makes third place in their group, then they are top favorites in my eyes unless one of the big guns goes out surprisingly. considering the big teams don't take EL seriously tho, they might not pose as much of a threat.

Re: Who might win the Europa League?
Did you even watch the matches? In the first match they were caught by two clever counters, and in the rematch they were pretty close to defeating Kiev by a sufficient margin. Not bad for the BL relegation team of the season before IMO.The Messiah wrote:BMG are a disgrace to Bundesliga, they couldn't beat Dinamo so that we'll have the 4teams in CPL for the 1st time in a while.

If Inter, Napoli, Lazio, and Udinese actually take the competition seriously, they could go all the way and win it.
