This was one of his last games of the Arsenal career. At the age of 35.

He was rated pretty highly and I still think he was underrated. Such a fantastic player and I might not like them much, but by far my favorite ever Arsenal player. A joy to watch, at all times. The friends of mine that actually watched Arsenal liked Henry and I always said I preferred Bergkamp, just a beast of a player.

Also the commentator says there that he turned 36 yesterday, not 35. Which is even more ridiculous.

Bergkamp

The best thing was, he played his football by just standing around lol. Even then no player could get close to him.

Many don't realise how unique he was.

Great player. He was one of the best to come out of our famed youth system. My only critique of his play is that he lacked a certain killer instinct. Most Ducth players lack this, especially in our youth sytem. Ruud and Robin are very unique in that respect.

A wish he had stayed at Ajax.

i still think he could have a gone for few more years if he had moved into a more deeper and DLP role. He may have lost his pace but he still had his vision
