what if Madrid wins La liga again but not La decima?

what then?
will you madridistas be happy?
if that happens should we consider mourinho failed?
it is known that madridistas awaiting dream is la decima so with the possibility of mourinho failing to deliver it for a 3rd consecutive time could he get sacked?

Not really....
Doubt he will get sacked ever anyways. If we're changing our manager, it's most likely becouse Mourinho himself left.

It would be a failiure (unless we got to the final), but Mou wouldnt be sacked.

How can it be a failure, winning the league always means success. Success that can be more pleasurable if we kick barca in then nuts or if we go far in CL again.
Also, dont underestimate the momentum effect, beating barca two years running will make some cules sweat a great deal. More pressure from the medias, the fans = unrest => screw up => more kicking in the teeth for us.

It wouldn't be a failure since we would of won La liga, however hopefully we win the CL next season.

winning oyr 33rd wont be a failure man, might be slightly dissapointed not to win the cl but i guess each title win will give us a more solid base and we will have an even better chance of winning it

We do have a sick obsession for that "La Decima" but if we won La Liga while putting Barcelona to the sword and making at least a semis again, it would be a success.
Nothing like beating your rivals to the big prize. I guess that's why I really enjoyed our last UCL title. Anyway, it won't be a failure and I'm sure most who think it would be a failure would straighten out their thought pattern if such a scenario comes about...

its ok, as long as we win la liga, and beat barca one or twice, thats fine. CL needs alot of luck to win it.

CL is about luck, more than quality really...
The league is about consistency and squad discipline.
1 injury at the wrong time can displace a whole CL campaign, hence the luck statement...
I mean, FFS! Chelsea are reigning CL champions... they aren't even in Europe's top 5 teams IMHO

I don't consider any season a failure if we dont win the CL.
I base it of off an entire season and how we did as a team.

I'm disappointed that we didn't win it, but this season isn't a disappointment. Beating Barca and taking La Liga is always the main goal and winning CL is just the icing on the cake.
That said, I want to win La Decima more than anything while the core of this team is still together. It will need to be within the next 1-2 years before we probably see one of Higuain, Xabi, Pepe, Granero, Khedira, Marcelo, Di Maria get replaced and/or move to another team.

In this day and age winning the CL is a matter of luck. Mou's Chelsea were the best team around, at the time, and they still won 0 CLs.
Same with Barca. Despite being considered one of the best club teams of all time, out of 4 seasons they still only won 2 CLs.

and Barca fans easily start to shitthemselves..... they cant stay calm about losing, dont worry, we will soon win the UCL
