Lucas yes, maybe even Tiote. No one other in the EPL. And Tiote vs Song is debatable.

Lucas was one of the main reasons we dominated midfield early season, He used to spray the ball around pretty comfortably. Not saying he is better on ball as Song, But he is pretty good in the attacking third too considering he was a AM for 4-5 years.
