Inter's Julio Cesar set to miss Derby d'Italia with Juventus - report
Inter could be without goalkeeper Julio Cesar for the visit of Juventus on Saturday, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.
The 32-year-old was replaced by Luca Castellazzi at half-time in Wednesday's 1-1 draw with Atalanta after he appeared to suffer from a recurrence of the thigh injury which he picked up on international duty with Brazil.
However, the latest prognosis seems unfortunate for both the player and Claudio Ranieri, as the publication reports that he is not expected to recover in time for the first Derby d'Italia of the season.
Despite the blow, it is currently unknown how long he will be out of action, with more details set to be announced over the coming days.
Inter currently sit 16th in Serie A and have taken just eight points from eight matches.

Their best player is probably out for the derby. Which will be a great handicap for us!

even if we lose from INTER; they still are on terrible situation and will struggle to reach CHAMPIONS LEAGUE place
INTER is only a 6 points for JUVENTUS this season nothing more same like ATALANTA, PARMA ect

Thats true, but seeing Inter's current situation.. they are worse than most of the midtable teams, which means it is a must win match for us. We simply cant lose points from easy matches.
