How to creat more competitive leagues?

Wont it be better if domestic competitions dont stop, during international breaks, the smaller clubs will surely benifit more from it, players wont get burnt out, more chances for younger players on both club and NT level, more competition between young players and experienced ones on both club and NT level, and on top that all no more international breaks. cheers

Get rid of transfer fees. Players have more control and would more likely join smaller clubs if they use to play there, Eg droba and OM or Xabi and real solsomthing.
