Big test for Ancelotti's Napoli, Lazio is a very tough team to beat in Rome.

I thought both Napoli and Lazio looked quite poor.

Sergej's value is going to drop big time this season if this is any indication of what we are going to see from a Lazio team that looked thin last season and now has lost Felipe Anderson and De Vrij. Badelj seems to be a decent enough signing, Correa isn't that impressive.

Biggest thing about Lazio is how poorly they defend, that'll be a theme for their season, I am sure.

As for Napoli, Ancelotti didn't change much it seems. 4-3-3, same personnel. I think he'll do well but they seem less imposing as a team than they were with Sarri, who really made that team run. I can't help but think they are also weakened by selling Jorginho and not really investing into their team in such a way to create a more formidable starting 11, sticking with what they have.

Both sides unimpressed me, i guess they were rusty from summer.

The "thug Lazio" hype is mostly over, again this year they will depend on the axis Immobile-Alberto-Sergej to carry them. In reality the 2 former are decent at best while SMS will be less motivated. Strakosha is in misform. Rest of the team is piss poor if i can say.

Napoli lost their best midfielder + their coach it takes time to recover. They will fight for a CL spot with Milan it's my prediction.

a GL XI would be better than Milan's starting lineup from last season

take away Higuain and that team looks tragic, don't blame ES

I understand the frustration from a Milan fan perspective. Even with Higuain and Caldara, and an undoubtedly better team than last season, they didn't do enough to convince anyone of a top 4 finish this season and the goal always has to be a return to the Champions League. They can still finish in the top 4 of course, but one or two more quality signings- a midfielder and a forward, would see them in a much better place.

Higuain alone makes them more competitive in a match to match basis and its a level of player missed since Ibrahimovic but again, you have a 30 year old striker on mammoth wages with Suso being the next best thing next to him.

It could be a missed opportunity but I see a Serie A with the only things confirmed as Juventus and Inter in the top 4. Roma, Napoli, and Milan have questions to be answered

And you were  lucky.
Mediaset is dead , it doesn't exist anymore.
Sky is not enough . You couldn't watch Lazio Napoli on Sky.
Sky has 70 & of matches and Dazn 30 %.
Lazio Napoli was broadcasted on Dazn.
Dazn  is an over-the-top subscription video streaming service owned by Perform Group. Basically it worked through the internet.
They aimed at image very much, I mean they 've attractive showgirl as Diletta Leotta, respectful (from anyone ) former players as Sheva , Maldini , Figo ......
Spoiler:
But it is just image. I already hate it.
First of all few tvs have this app.
For example I could get Dazn just through PS4 Laughing I uploaded there.
It is a garbage service atm .
Watched Lazio Napoli for a little of time, and I got lag, buffering, terrible quality of images . And it back around 40 seconds . Probably Lazio Napoli is still playing on my Dazn.
Awful , first month was free but I ' m not going to pay this shit.
Good ol' days when Sky had all the matches.

What do you mean Mediaset is dead? The channel doesn't exist anymore? And since we're at it, what is Sportitalia, the one with Criscitello, a channel or just a show? I watch videos on Youtube, but I can't tell what TV channel are they from, the logos are always obscured.

Maybe DAZN weren't expecting a high demand and they will get better, but it's improbable. They said it here a couple of years ago, the technology is not even close to being able to stream big sports events on demand and broadcast will still rule. I can see it with NHL, regular season games are fine because there's a bunch of them at the same time, but the playoff games are 2 at the time and everyone is watching that. I don't know how ESPN+ was for us today becasue I saw the games on replay, but the demand is not that big here, so it should be ok.

How much is the subscription?

Mediaset retransmits DAZN and I could have watched the game if I had a Mediaset Premium subscription.

It was the same in Germany, first month was free, my brother subscribed (to watch PL) and said it was terrible and basically unwatchable due to buffering. He didn't continue (I watch 'other' streams anyway).

However, @zigra has reported that DAZN's quality in Germany has improved massively since the beginning and he sounded quite happy with it after initial problems

Yep , pardon Laughing I meant just that Mediaset Premium ( the other pay tv ) is dead.
of course Mediaset ( unluckly ) is still alive.
They 've more larger audience than Rai probably..
Sportitalia with Criscitello is a channel, but It looks like a show Laughing I mean ,their main programme there is Pedullà + Criscitello + attractive chicks with tits almost out to give football news
I watch just Sky though , when I watch tv ( very little time )

I've seen that SportItalia show. Half the time the cameras are mostly focused on tits and legs of dem chicks while Criscitello is muttering some news about the mercato in the background. This kind of show would be banned in many countries for objectifying women.

Kudos to Criscitello for maintaining his composure though lol
