BeIN giving D'Alessandro the motm for that goal is so lazy. Kessie should get it. Papu Gomez and Gagliardini after that.

Wonder what happened to the other primavera hyped players like Caprari, Piscitella, Viviani, Verre. Maybe it was just Alberto De Rossi GOAT primavera coach working his magic hmm

That and some classic mis-management from us.

None of the coaches we've had have been largely in the mood for investing in youth and our sporting director preferred to buy young in South America.

I personally think Viviani and Verre would've grown into good enough midfielders with De Rossi and Nainggolan to learn from.  My favorite winger from the Primavera pre-Ricci was Stefano Pettinari, but he's still in Serie B. There's also Alessandro Crescenzi, who was our great hope at full-back before Florenzi. He's still with Pescara I think.

And then there's more high profile graduates like Lorenzo Pellegrini (who might buy back next summer), Matteo Politano, Federico Ricci and Luca Antei. Not to mention Romagnoli.

A couple of them (Caprari, Verre, Viviani, etc.) are in the lower table teams in A. They've been soundly overtaken by the newer Roma graduates that McLewis posted though, only Bertolacci really made it.

Bertolacci would've developed well under Spalletti, I feel. If he had the mental ability of Perrotta, he would've probably been the perfect piece to play behind Dzeko instead of Nainggolan, who is clearly very talented, but just interprets that position very differently from both Perrotta and Spalletti.

Romanisti kinda have this irrational hate of Bertolacci now though since he declared he didn't really want to follow in Totti and DDR's footsteps. I personally think that's perfectly fine as it's rather unrealistic to expect that of all Roman-born players. Romagnoli on the other hand....he'd need to have better security than Trump.

Yeah, even game in all aspects. Lazio with more edge so far but either one can score at this moment.

The worst. This is without a doubt the biggest flop signing in a long time for a hyped player coming into Serie A.

Felipe Anderson Shocked Shocked Shocked

Could have been goal of the season if he scored that.

Inter's defence is hilarious. They were petrified to tackle him Laughing

Was dead certain Inter would be 10 points clear of Juve now. What a team, almost unstoppable.

Well, they definitely have a more talented group than Juventus, as confirmed by prominent experts who know more than you and I combined.
