Juve are mortal in Serie A...who knew?

I doubt Inter can play most games at this level, so I don't think they'll challenge for the title. But Napoli will. This game will probably give a lot of confidence to Napoli and Inter.

Now we need to beat Fiorentina to keep pace.

But because there's even a slight bit of pressure on us now, it wouldn't surprise me if we folded like a manila folder under it.

Allegri flop of the match again with his stupid selections and tactics. Playing a glorified defender in place of the best striker in the league Proud

What did Allegri get so wrong today? Mandzkic for Higuain? yes, but not really a big flop from Max. Give credit where its due, Inter played a fantastic game.

The flop of the match was Khedira.

Honestly if this is how Allegri thinks the players we have are best used, get him the *bleep* away from Turin.

Ultra conservative bullshit. No reason we need 5 defenders and Asamoah on the pitch in any Serie A game. Italian mentality really is a cancer.

Well deserved from Inter.

I feel like this was due for Juventus. The midfield can't really pass the ball, Mandzukic doesn't offer what Higuain does in terms of movement and ability in order to compensate for the lack of creativity from the midfield (apart from Pjanic).

It's nothing to panic about on Juventus' end but we certainly have room for improvement. We've already had a pretty difficult start to our season with Fiorentina, Lazio and Inter away and Sevilla in our first CL game but honestly, we look like shit if you're asking me. We've had some brief spells in games when we looked to be at a fantastic level but I've yet to see a complete game. I guess when you compare it with our start last year, we are well ahead of schedule. We'll see who's around after January, but personally, I'm not feeling the approach

What would you do?

We played Inter in the derby, not Empoli. They brought their game and were playing at home. The lineup was on point. Who would play over Asamoah? Lemina? just as stale. Litch actually scored so its not like he was a bad choice over Cuadrado. And Sandro is hardly a defensive choice.

We were never gonna win every game, and this is one of the 2 hardest of the season (with the San Paolo). The team is not in form yet but the selection was the proper one.

Who cares about Europa League ... This week is great, if you win against Juve

Lotta Roma fans reveling in Pjanic's performance today, but to be honest this is why there was a lot of heartburn about letting him go and then we rather quickly moved on from him. He wasn't much of a factor for Juve today and this is something that goes back to his Roma days. He doesn't seem to really take to big games like this. Just wasn't as involved as he should be with a side like this in a situation like Juve were in today.

I hoped we could sign him at the end of August , it'd have been an unreal upgrade but Juve didn't want to give us

It's not about the loss it's about how we line up against inferior squads and our mentality.

Our mentality is so, so defensive minded right now we can barely string 5 meaningful passes together. We got thoroughly outplayed by Inter. And we had *bleep* Higuain, Cuadrado, Pjaca etc on the bench. What do we do? As always Allegri like his predecessor waits until the game is over to make changes.

Allegri lacks a plan B, and his plan A is shit right now because without the likes of Pogba to force us forward and transition from midfield to attack this way of playing is dead.

Its not the tactics its the players we have in midfield. No one has clicked yet. Only Khedira and he was marked like crazy today.

Lemina and Asamoah have been flopping. Cuadrado playing on the right wing hardly improves the mess that is the LCM spot. Plus Pjanic, while our best mid tonight, is not comfortable in our team yet at regista.

The only answer we have before Marchisio comes back would be trying Pjaca at LCM but who knows if that would work?

Our options so far are

Khedira-Pjanic-Asamoah

or

Khedira-Lemina-Pjanic

either way we play a scrub. I'm leaning to the later since Asamoah just looks too non-threatening. Marchisio can't back soon enough.

The team will get over this loss.

I've been calling it the Tropical Smoothie kit, but Fantakit works too Laughing

I like it though. Will probably get one.

Doesn't play on my screen though. Makes me feel like I need to adjust my contrast setting or something.

the 3rd Nike kits are over-the-awful this year.
The Sprite-esque used from us against the Beer Sheva is easily the worst Inter kit ever

Dzeko, despite the lack of a finish, looks good. Very good.

He's a sitter away from a goal. His confidence in front of goal isn't quite there as he's blasting shots that he should probably be tapping in.

Fazio has looked good today. Really should be playing more games. The defense without Jesus is truly better. About the only positive I can take from this game so far.
