he bought Granada and Watford for chump change when they were in second tier leagues and picked up Udinese after a betting scandal in a bargain deal .

what if these 3 teams qualify for Europe some day ?

i think you missed that whole Slavia Prague / Tottenham thing back in 2006 when UEFA decided that en entity or a person can't hold majority stakes in two different teams competing in europe .

The udinese model was a succesful business for pozzo and now he bought two more teams to expand his network and give his players more visibility over 3 leagues. Inter has already bought one of his Granada prospects for 10m so its paying off. It might not be fair for the fans of these teams, especially Udinese, knowing that the teams they support are nothing more than a money making scheme.

To be realistic, that applies to every club of the same size, the best players will always be sold if they become good enough.

True true, but a club like Udinese can easily be something like Sevilla if they hold on to their good players a couple of seasons more than they do now, but instead they barely avoided relegation this year.
