White Collar is good if you need a show to watch while your doing something else.

Sorry, momma dukes brought me home some Superbowl treats from a neighbors party (yeah, my mom is more cool than me). I really like the characters in White Collar and how the relationships within the show have developed. I won't go into details due to spoilers, but Peter and Neal is a perfect example for me. I also concur that Mozzie is the truth...such an amazing character. I don't know if I also rated White Collar so highly, but season 5 is getting my attention.

Quick question: What shows do you think can compete with Justified when it comes to dialogue? I personally find myself so drawn to the discussions that take place on that show.

Clubber- way to take all the credit.

Deadwood and you can never go wrong with Prime Sorkin such as West Wing, Sports Night, or Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip

My favourite shows are Person of Interest, The Blacklist, Homeland, Almost Human, Intelligence, The Following(to some extent), Hannibal and a few others I can quite remember now.

If you notice the pattern, you'll know the kind of shows I love. Can anyone recommend any show similar to those that I can watch?

Oh and of course I love GOT & Spartacus but if there's any similar to those two that'll be worth it, I wouldn't mind either.

True Detective sounds perfect for you.

Thanks a lot, guys! Haven't watched any of the ones recommended except Breaking Bad(which I followed very well if you check the thread) & Arrow(which I've been following religiously). Will start some of them today. Only problem is which one to start with Laughing

Waiting on Luther season 3 to hit Netflix.

Also, has anyone seen Utopia? It was on a little under a year ago. It was a British show, it was pretty raw for tv so they had to cut it short. I recommend it for those who are into suspense and can tolerate violence. There were 8 episodes iirc.

AMC developing 'Preacher' TV series.

After the insane success of TWD, they are trying to turn another comic series into a TV Show. Preacher is more famous of a comic series however and had a movie(flopped) of it as well.

The guy who made Breaking Bad(Sam Catlin) will be the show runner and the executive producer.

Quick summary of Preacher via wiki

================================

Preacher tells the story of Jesse Custer, a preacher in the small Texas town of Annville. Custer was accidentally possessed by the supernatural creature named Genesis in an incident which killed his entire congregation and flattened his church.

Genesis, the product of the unauthorized, unnatural coupling of an angel and a demon, is an infant with no sense of individual will. However, as it is composed of both pure goodness and pure evil, it might have enough power to rival that of God Himself. In other words, Jesse Custer, bonded to Genesis, may have become the most powerful being in the whole of living existence.

Custer, driven by a strong sense of right and wrong, goes on a journey across the United States attempting to (literally) find God, who abandoned Heaven the moment Genesis was born. He also begins to discover the truth about his new powers. They allow him, when he wills it, to command the obedience of those who hear and comprehend his words.

He is joined by his old girlfriend Tulip O'Hare, as well as a hard-drinking Irish vampire named Cassidy.

=====================================

This is definitely my type of show. Will be looking forward to it.

One of my favorite comic books, glad AMC has it and not a major network.

Poor Constantine, NBC :facepalm:

Constantine was never going to end well, really. In going from Hellblazer to Constantine any chance of a proper adaptation disappeared.

Preacher has potential to be a great TV show.

Young Gordon cast on Gotham.

The third season of the killing was pretty good. It's definitely a slow show though so if you're not into that then it's not for you.

About Luther, I loved the first season (especially the first five episodes) but I tried to watch the second season and I gave up after the second episode. Does it get any better?
