Is Álvaro Negredo One of the Best Players in World?

I always knew Negredo was destined to be amongst the top. My personal opinion, he is just behind Messi as the best player in the world. He may be Basque, a Madrid Legend & for Sevilla, so I will leave the opinion to you.
Just today, he scored 4 goals lead by Unai Emery which is only a fraction of his genius. So glad to see him unearth his legendary striking skills.
How high would you rate him among Messi, CR, Ibra, Iniesta, Xavi, etc?

Llorente, Villa, Torres, Raul, Soldado. All of these scrubs picked continually over Negredo when Vicente del Bosque, who is currently suffering from a prolonged case of Lippilism continued to ignore him.

Nah he's still a big pile of dog poo who is feasting on a very weak league.
