Dat Chelsea influence. Proud

Boro fans don't seem to rate him very highly, I know he started off well.

But when I was listening to north east football phone in the other day there was a few saying hes crap.

Couldn't see the point in him he doesn't anything.

Asking if there was a clause in his loan deal that said he had to play because he should be dropped.

Welcomeback Harry.

No one is talking about the last relegation spot (I think Wolves are gone barring a miracle)

Blackburn
Huddersfield
Millwall
Shef Wed
Peterborough
Barnsley

only 3 pts separates them, and 1 of these will go down next week.

Blackburn is safe. They are 3 points ahead of the last relegation spot and their goal difference is much better.

It's been an awesome season in the Championship and it continues to be that until the very end

Wolves's home defeat by Burnley yesterday was a shocking result for them, they desperately needed to win. Now they face Brighton away in the final game and not even a win may be enough to keep them in the division. Tumbling down from the Premier League to League One in back-to-back seasons should be nigh impossible if there are no big financial worries, but Wolves are very close to doing just that.

Hull have picked up just one point from their last three games and if they now fail to hang on to that second place - after looking like already secured it - that's going to be a major howler on their part.

Should be an epic final day battle between Leicester, Forest, Bolton and possibly Palace for those last two play-off spots.

The final round is here

Table: http://www.skysports.com/football/league/0,19540,11687,00.html

Millwall and Crystal Palace drew their game in-hand earlier, meaning that Millwall still have to worry about relegation today and Palace were left sweating in their poor form over making the playoffs.

Here is the fixture list:

Birmingham v Blackburn
Bolton v Blackpool
Brighton v Wolves
Burnley v Ipswich
Charlton v Bristol City
Crystal Palace v Peterborough
Derby v Millwall
Huddersfield v Barnsley
Hull v Cardiff
Nottingham Forest v Leicester
Sheffield Wed v Middlesbrough
Watford v Leeds

Hull need to at least match Watford's result to hang on to that second automatic promotion place.

Leicester have cocked up their campaign. After spending big in the summer and having had a strong first-half of the season they have collapsed. But they still could make the playoffs if they beat Nottingham Forest and Bolton fail to win Blackpool. Bolton's story has been the opposite, btw, starting poorly but surging up the table in 2013 under Dougie Freeman. Huge disappointment in Bolton if they fail to beat a Blackpool side at home with nothing to play for.

Palace v Peterborough one of the biggest and most interesting games today. Palace will drop out of the playoff spots if they lose and Forest defeat Leicester. In the relegation battle it could even come down to goal-difference and while Peterborough are above the zone thanks to their GD, it could all still change and even Wolves can overtake them.

Who are, by the way, one of the big negative stories in this season's Championship. They need to win away to Brighton and could still go down, just a year after getting relegated from the PL.

Aaaanyway, it's a massive final day of the regular season in the Championship. Today is all about enjoying some whisky and football Thumbs up

Just noticed that a Finnish betting site will be streaming Crystal Palace v Peterborough, so I'll be watching that one Cool

Cardiff manager Malky Mackay will field a full-strength side against Hull as he knows victory for the champions would boost his former club Watford's promotion hopes.

Ooh, it's gonna be tense, that battle for 2nd!

that was probably the only game they actually played like a great team. All the other wins have been draining 90 mins of either looking for the winner or preventing the equiliser. That said it was obviously a one off. The game between them before that was a tad one sided for my liking eco smile

that said I hope Crystal Palace get promoted they seem like a really good team

Watford were denied a penalty after an excellent build-up play. Shame.

Huddersfield vs Barnsley is a masive game too

A Barnsley win will send Huddersfield down to league 1. A Huddersfield win will send Barnsley down to league 1

Barsney are 1-0 up atm. Both teams on 57 points. Barnsley have a better GD

Oh dear it's getting interesting, Crystal Palace losing to Peterborough, Bolton losing to Blackpool and Nottingham losing to Leicester - which means Crystal Palace and Leicester reaching play-offs as it stands!

And Peterborough needlessly concede a penalty, which Palace convert, to put them in to the relegation zone!!! Dear me this is crazy!
