Only Arbeloa and Casillas is a starter and Arbeloa had to be sent away for like a decade lol.

And you have been constantly trying to replace Arbeloa.

So were not putting alot of empathis to youth, whats the point in this? Noone forces you to play players who have trained under RM.

...and who the hell are Jese, Morata, and Adan? I haven't checked Getafe's roster recently so that could be the explanation.

Excuse my lack of articulation. Including that I meant first team minutes of some significance (ie minutes that a standard football viewer would actually be watching), not to say that the last ten minutes of a match against Real Sociedad aren't important or anything, would have been more proper.

The club's youth policy is pretty bad to be honest. Not that the talent coming through is bad as it certainly isn't but Real Madrid has an unhealthy obsession with wanting to always have the best (or something along those lines).

Unless said youth player is another Raul, Casillas, Buitre, Camacho, etc. then he is gonna have very little chance to become a legit starter. It's made even more hard considering there isn't a Pep, Vicente Del Bosque, Valdano, Rafa (he was a youth coach at the club many years ago) who is there to ensure said youth players are integrated properly in the club.
