Immortality
Scholes and Giggs to play until they're 50.

Re: Immortality
I am happy that they both will play on next season. On one condition, Giggs doesn't start for us....and I mean that with the greatest respect to our legend. His form for the 2nd half of the season was woeful.
But Scholes has been invaluable to us since he came back last January.

Nani?I don't think Nani is a name about you can be sure that he won't leave.Cristiano Ronaldo also said he wants to become like Giggs for United, and after 2 months he was at Real Madrid.

yea, he will most likely leave. But he's also my fav MU player currently
I have an affinity for MU players. I don't stan rooney, or ronaldo, but usually the more average out player like him.
However, Sneijder and ozil remain my top 2 players
I love playmakers, nani is a winger but sometimes he makes beautiful crosses/passes

Nani is very talented and makes a lot of effort during matches. He is very important for Man United but he still has some games when we can't see him on the pitch because he is totally absent.

he's on and off. Sometimes, he's brilliant, others, he cant make the right decision lol. Dribble and lose the ball. I like him for who is he though, not talent wise

Re: Immortality
I'd prefer an Ashley Young winning a couple of penalties than a Nani who dribbles too much and end up losing the ball.

lol, yea. He dribbles and rarely passes. But that's like the characteristic of most well-known portugal wingers nowadays D:meteormaker wrote:I'd prefer an Ashley Young winning a couple of penalties than a Nani who dribbles too much and end up losing the ball.
He does have enough flair for beautiful stuffs though.
Ashley young is probably better, but I prefer nani lol

Re: Immortality
LOL, Young isn't better than Nani. Jesus...
I'm pleased that we aren't going to rely on Scholes and Giggs because it hinders our progression long term wise. Scholes has been great, and looks just as good as he was when he was younger. With Giggs, he is extremely inconsistent, and tends to hinder our style rather than contribute positively.

but nani didn't really contribute as much as young did in the second half though :I
He had a really nice streak, then stumbled with an injury....

Nani wasn't even present for the majority of the second half of the season, that's why...

Nani is a better winger than Young.Just check the statistics from last 3 seasons and you will see.
Anyway, you just have to watch them playing and it's obviously that Nani is better, but he was unlucky to get injured and not play in the most games from second half of the season.
I'm not saying that Young is not a talented player and helpful.

I was certainly refer to the last season performance. Young is more versatile imo. He can also act as an inside forward and get us penalties....
