For an apparent $1 Billion.

I don't use it at all (for various elitist photography reasons), but I do know a lot of people out there do.

Thoughts?

Worthwhile investment? At a billion I don't think so.

Didn't even know what Instagram was (and technically still don't) until i saw a lot of whining about it on my Twitter. So from my point of view, Facebook got ripped off.

Facebook has pissed me off lately with their needless and extremely annoying updates.

I don't know how Instagram will improve all that. After a quick Google I don't know who will use Instagram that much, apart from fat chicks or wannabe photographers.
