Don't you call some professional footballers "shit"? You know, guys who can out run most of us with minimum effort.

Re: How highly do you rate Allegri?
My consideration towards him it's increased in last 2 years.
Ppl blame him for subs, ok, but I wonder how many expect he got an aggregate 4-4 against Bayern with loss just at extratime..
And if Bayern were superior over the result in 1st leg, in this 2nd leg he won his personal tactical battle against Guardiola at Allianz.
He's improved during the years.

I could not agree more with you Robes, also I would like to add that strangely enough the most fascinating thing about Allegri is not only that he is an excellent tactician but that he possesses a rare quality, that of learning from his mistakes. Something Conte doesn't have for example. This quality along with his tactical knowledge is what makes him a top coach.
Now I cannot blame Allegri about his substitutions either. We all know that Dybala, Marchisio and Chiellini were out meaning that his options were even more limited. Both Khedira and Morata were exhausted from pressing and he replaced them with two players that had played a major role during the 1st leg in Torino. Sturaro scored the equalizer and Mandzukic was perhaps our best player that night. Also who wouldn't pick Mandzukic's experience and quality over Zaza ? and Sturaro, the only option on the bench other than him was Asamoah who unfortunately is still struggling with fitness issues, and bringing him in would also mean that Pogba would have to change sides because Asamoah is left-footed.
Anyhow, people still underrating Allegri due to his years at Milan is no different to Juventini underrating Ancelotti because of his bad spell at Juventus. It doesn't make sense.
Concluding, I believe that Ancelotti along with Allegri are the best coaches Italian football has to offer. (And because I am 100% sure people will misunderstand my above statement, I do not say that Allegri is at Ancelotti's level yet, I am only saying that these two are ahead of other Italian coaches.)

Re: How highly do you rate Allegri?
Allegri is an amazing coach. Absolute top tactician and like Andrew and Robes say, he is improving and learning all the time.
He got the squad shuffled and has dealt with a season long injury crisis and still does great things. I've rarely seen a more flexible coach. Formations mean little to him. He is just always looking to exploit the best qualities of whoever he has. 4-3-1-2, 4-4-2, 3-5-2, 4-3-3 all in the mix for Juve depending on who we play and what players are available.
A day before the Bayern game he loses Marchisio, Dybala and Chillieni and switched the plan to Mandzu and Morata upfront with the 4-4-2. Then Mandzu doesn't get fit enough and on the day of the game ends up moving Alex Sandro to LW and goes 4-3-3 and does THAT to Bayern.
Excellent coach. His youth management and the way he integrates new players is also top notch.
Pep vs Allegri is a great match.
