EPL Worst Signings...
Liverpool sell Torres for 50m and buy Carroll for 40m...
Just when you think they have done a good business, in the same day they screw up.
Silvestre to Arsenal was almost free but even today, I dont get this signing. One of the worst.
Robbie Kean to Liverpool for half season reminded me of a middle class man leasing a lamborgini for a few rides.
Francis Jeffers ahead of Ibrahimovic and Van Nistelroy
Any many more....

Marveaux has more assists than Downing and he's played 93 mins of football this year due to injury

Speaking of MON, Curtis Davies for 10m and Reo Coker for 8.5m surely belong here

In recent memory
Alberto Aquilani for 21m pounds.
Robbie Keane for roughly the same amount i think ?
Shevchenko imo was the biggest foreign flop in the history of the Premier League.

I was a fan of Downing at Villa, but even I would take this offer right now. The only condition being that we reinvest it in another attacking winger. Perhaps Pablo Hernandez... Isla... Hoilett... Adam Johnson (look at our record with City reclamation projects)... Let's just get a winger that can score and isn't 32.

Aquilani was 17Million Pounds, and I still believe he would have been a success had Purslow and Hodgson not forced him out.
He got 2 goals and 6 assists in 10 games he played in his first injury-paddled season.

I followed Liverpool that whole season and his transfer reminds me of Nuri Sahin's transfer to RM.
Despite being fit ,Rafa did not choose to play him ,i dunno why but i felt it kind of mysterious. He did pretty decent in the games he started.
Yeah,Maybe i am being harsh here..
