Best Football manager tactic.

Please provide your best tactic.

I dont have one actually, been changing them since FM11...

Depends on the team and players available.

But rigid + direct, counter attacking football = win.

the one i am currently using is a attacking one can always score 3-5 goals aganist teams in my league.... but unless you have solid defenders you will atleast concede 30-40 per season..while scoring 100+....this is one is 4-2-2-2 or 4-2-3-1 depending on who i play

just look at this image and it tells you how good the tactic is



works on lower league teams too but you need to right players for it..


the other one i use for my NT's during tournaments. it plays with two DM's an attacking Mid in Center and 2 Striker/Inside Forwards and a Poacher...
