He officially sent a request to Real Madrid regarding Sahin's fitness. He wants him to feature in Turkey EC qualifier in November Evil or Very Mad

Sahin just came back from a knee injury. Mou stated repeatedly that he isn't ready to start :!:

A NT has no responsibility to a club and vice versa... it's up to the player to make good decisions.

You know Hiddink is very strict with ditchers. I know from his Russian qualifying campaign Very Happy

But at the end of the day, a player should decide if he can play for either club or NT. I wouldn't trust anyone to decide other than myself if i was a player.... if Sahin makes the right decision and Hiddink doesn't like it, too bad for Hiddink.

Turkey can't afford to play hard ball with Sahin regardless. He's too important a player for them. He's also not the type to avoid playing if he truly can.

As long as Sahin doesn't pull a "Kaka", i'm fine with whatever he chooses.

So long as Sahin is clear and honest to all medical teams involved and he himself doesn't push himself too far then I don't think there will be a problem.

Every player has the right to want to play for his country. The club has always supported this and I don't think it should stop that now.
