First off, a big *bleep* you to Berlusconi. After promising us Mr X, Mr Z, Mr Champions and what not he gives us Mr hotter than a volcano for 3 minutes but colder than Antarctica for 87 minutes Aquillani. Lol we were actually discussing winning the Cl this summer, because we had Ganso, Montolivo in mind but fast forward to Round 6, we are fukin 15th having won only one game and that too a drab 1-0 against freakin Cesena. Unless we get some serious creativity and flair in January, we won't even qualify for CL next year. Juve, Napoli and even Inter under Ranieri looks better than this drab team we got.
And another *bleep* you to Italy's greatest president for making us false promises, and I bet Pirlo is laughing somewhere in Turin.

Granted a lot injuries, milan are one AM away from greatness, just someone to link up that attack and midfield, Robinho will really help this cause.
Believe it or not, but Flamini is badly missed, as is gattuso just for their sheer energy.

Glad to hear from you Milanista, to know that you're OK.
Unless Ibrahimovic suffers a serious injury then finishing outside the top three simply isn't going to happen and we mustn't forget that our difficult schedule to begin the season also means that we're going to have a soft run very shortly which should allow us to build momentum as the competition begins to settle down and we see which teams are going to be consistent enough to challenge for the scudetto.
I'm always in favour of reinforcements to our midfield and defence though.

Unless we get some serious reinforcements in January, Thiago Silva will go to Barcelona.
Why would the best CB in the world stay at a side that is not challenging for Champion's League and getting beat around in Serie A.

Thiago Silva has already rejected Barca and Real in the past 18 months
He's not leaving

So our settled Thiago Silva would leave Milan,
a club that is riddled with Brazilian heritage,
has made one if the best CB's in the world
and has given him a week in-week out starting XI spot in Serie A and CL,
to move to Barca
and risk his constant football playing time in a defence obtaining Pique (arguably undroppable) and Puyol (the captain of Barca)?

Our last unsellable player has already finished his career. Silva could become another player who will save the club from debts.
Puyol is gonna finish his career next year and Silva would be a perfect replacement

I know it's Barca but Milan won't give up Silva that easily
Especially if Milan dot have an adequate replacement lined up and ready also

Re: Unless we get some serious reinforcements in January, we won't even qualify for CL
i doubt that silva will be sold. nesta will sooner or later retire. and silva and mexes are going to be the next CB lineup.
it would be stupid of milan to even consider selling silva to any club.
word of caution though, if milan dont adequately bloster the squad, and failure to win anything remains unchanged (winning CL, serie a), then he might consider for new challenge. silva's agent always said they were happy with barca's interest but for a moment silva is committed to milan until 2016

I would sell Pato before TS if I was just looking to clear debts.. That's just my opinion.
Plus you'd have to consider the FFP rules coming into effect which could limit some of the potential moves from big clubs. Barca, amongst others, are going to have to be smarter about throwing their money around on a player like TS which is arguably worth just as much as they spent on Fab (40M+)...
More than reinforcements, we need to cut the dead weight we've been carrying for years now. This scenario is nothing new. And regardless of who we did and did not get this past summer, I don't get how some can be so quick to badmouth Berlusconi. He just writes the check. He's not the one out scouting these players. Everyone was praising B&G for the Ibra (24M) + Robinho (13M) moves last summer. The first Scudetto in 7 yrs, followed immediately by injuries and lack of form in 6 games and now we're destined for mediocrity that will see an exodus of our best players? That's the most pessemistic transition and outlook I've ever heard of.

Come on guys there are only 5 rds gone in this Serie A campaign.
Milan are still champions and in my opinion still the strongest team and favourites to win the Scudetto this season.

Too many disruptions so far into the season, and we've had the toughest start compared with the rest of the league thus far.
