I was thinking about it. The idea was to let people play 2 games, to give a fair chance to both players, so CL home and away system seemed like a fit.

I completely forgot about that aspect. I cant access my ps3 right now so can you check if it's possible to create an online tournament with those rules embedded? even if it means changing the draw

And nice long ball to Cavani for the goal in the second leg I couldnt even touch you lol

Even in the first one I though I had you and tried to finsih it off but good defending stopped me and I got punished late in the match

After this tournament I think I might just try manual controls.. I'm tired of these fxcking scripted passes, the ball always goes JUST far enough for the defender or the goalie to get to it

Hmm I can't remember off the top of my head but I'm pretty sure the default so I guess all assisted.. Maybe changed 1 thing..

I have tried semi passing before but it felt so awkward.. I think if I get used to it, it will be better down the road.. I find assisted better for the general passing but when I want to play say a perfectly lobbed through pass the assisting usually screws it up.. I hope switching to semi or manual will kill the scripted passing because I'm assuming the scripting comes from the assisting if you get what I'm saying

and Nick, it would have been better if we made it into 2 groups of 4 teams with the top 2 going to the next round, or a real league format where all play all a-la season style...

NIck I think we should make it a league where we cam all play each other twice. It would make more sense th. Create a league mate and we all have to add each other so we start. You shouls create it this evening and get everyone to add each other and post who they've added so we can start by the end of the week.

I certainly don't mind playing again if this is the case

Ok guys i hear you, to be frank, it's what i intended at first, but for a first tournament, i thought something faster would be a better idea so that people get used to doing on the forum.

Do you guys want a league or a world cup style tournament?

i wont have xbox live till around december/jan will i be able to join in to whatevers happening then or are the people who join now the only people allowed in any future tournaments

@ swagg if you can wait 10 mins Ill play you can add me in the mean time...

@ Nick a WC style tournament would be more fair but I think I would be difficult to set up no?

I'm just going to say league just because I think it will be easier for everybody whenever your ready to start im ready

What's your PSN?

@Jibers, I think playing a world cup style tourney, 4 groups of 4, then direct knockout is a better idea for now.

If we want to create a league i hope we encourage a couple more members to join us.

Also, the best players in this league will be seeded to pick their sides first in the next league/tournament.

I also have in mind to create a Goallegacy team to play 11 vs 11, but that's for later.

So, we will switch things around to organize a world cup like tournament with 16 teams, 4 groups of 4, the two nest teams go through, and proceed to single elimination knock out round.

I understand that you guys want to play a league, but fifa just came out, this is our test tournament, we will set up a league right after with 4 more members.

Also, since the games are so decisive, you may switch to 8 MINUTES to make it a bit longer.

Is there a limit on how many people can be in a league I dont think so? Any way this is for people who have a ps3 the xbox thread is here
