I always liked and rated Mancio and stand by this today.

I love his hard line approach he is taking with players and I sense he will be much more ruthless with his decisions based on man-management from now as his recent words have told the story. Its clear he is impatient with all the egos scattered within the team and for someone as young as him, its quite impressive how he can handle so many personalities

This is the last thing a squad with so many players needed.Trouble is brewing.

It kinda saddens me that a player of so much quality is now going to be reduced to watching training sessions from the stands but I guess he deserves it.

Fair enough you don't like your job, many can relate and many sympathise I guess in that aspect.
