Just a thought after the Valencia game, maybe Mou is trying to use Coentrao in the Mathieu role, push Alves back. I think RM would gladly pay 30M if it means beating Barca everytime they meet.

Not a very logical idea. Alves hasn't been an attacking threat at all in the last 6 Clasicos, the offensive capabilities of Marcelo + CR7/Dive Maria are already enough to ensure that he stays back all the time.

Looks like he had a fall out with Mou. Second time in the row he didn't make match squad despite being fit to play. Karanka at press conference said: His behaviour is club's internal business, it will be solved.

Who really cares? The guy is smoking a cigarette not crack. It's his own time he can do what ever he wants as long as it's legal.

Do you know how many of my friends don't smoke but the minute there out drinking they will have a couple cigarette's?

Just because he's pictured smoking doesn't mean he has a pack a day habit or anything like that.

Geez, the press over in Europe are ruthless, no wonder these guys like coming over here to vacation etc.
