For the record, any player who plays and is a key component for a UCL and World Cup winning team should not be deemed underrated and Busquets certainly isn't one, not even in these murky shores. The "issue" is that he isn't talked about in great lengths which is fair, his position on the field isn't glamorous.

The word you're looking for is over hyped, not overrated. Overrated would mean that Ozil is not as good as fans (whether it be Real or otherwise) claim him to be which is false as he is that good and I would agree, he is over-hyped a bit.

I kinda agree with the Walcott mention. He is steadily improving himself but it's easy to keep what Waddle said about him as a continuous thought pattern about Theo. I still disagree that Busky is anywhere near underrated...

What i mean to say is some of them on here might have not watched Isla at all let alone rating him..And there hasnt been a discussion on him in particular..But i rate him highly..Does he fall into the underrated category ?
