Problem with AVATAR

''Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width cannot exceed 150 pixels, the height cannot exceed 200 pixels, and the file size cannot be higher than 64 KB.''


1. I have a JPEG picture with the size 150x200 pixels, and the file size is no more than 46 Kb, but It still gives me the message: ''Your file type is not allowed''. I have even converted my JPEG file to a PNG file, only to get the same answer.

Can any of the mods or admins help me out here?
