It'll be hard to get him and others like a proper LB and CB (cahill) while fitting it all in the wage structure.

well the wage structure needs to change mate we have hight paid dead woods that need to get the boot. Players like chamakh, squalichi, almunia , manone vela ...the list can go on n on are getting paid yet they do not contribute to the team what so ever...meanwhile players like sagna RVP Vermaelen Song are getting paid somewhere between 60-90 /week

Coates (Uruguay) to Liverpool is a done deal only waiting for work permit so not sure whether it s worth mentioning here.
We will sign a striker out of the blue from somewhere now that Bellamy deal seems to be off.Hopefully its someone like Brian Ruiz though more likely to be some unknown striker from France. So thats it for dead line day for Liverpool this season imo.

I think Tevez will stay and he'll leave for Corinthians in the winter market.

How long do work permits go? Will this go until the last day of the window?

Hard to say. All going well he will get it in the next few days.
But these things are unpredictable and have scuppered deals in the past.
Hence the reason why many South Americans seek out European grandparents. A EU passport makes things much easier. If he has one (?) then it will be resolved for certain quite soon.

Re: With 3 days left in the transfer market, which transfers do you think will go through and which are BS?
I think Napoli might grab Bocchetti from Rubin Kazan, they definitely need a defender and "Neapolitans don't play well for Napoli" is a ridiculous reason not to go forward with the transfer, and in any case it's a quote from the Criscito deal.
I don't think Milan's market is over, Montolivo's definitely a real possibility, despite Fiorentina's declarations. Unless someone comes out of left field I think we'll grab him on the final day of the market.

Since today is holiday tomorrow but most likely to be wednesday.Getting work permit for Coates under special talent category wont be an issue since he won the best young player award in copa america.
Even if he gets his work permit tomorrow(acc. to twiiter he will tmr) still i think it will be announced on wednesday like the suarez deal.

Startling how many clubs would still want to snatch Balotelli before the window shuts.
Don't get me wrong, the boy is an ENIGMA, but a boy nonetheless.. and I fear he may regress further.
I hope (especially for my beloved Azzurri) that Balotelli can find a place where he can thrive and fulfill his potential. We cannot let such an amazing talent burn out so early! Somebody, anybody, get him a psychologist or something!

if his work permit takes a lot of time ( lets say its done when the transfer window closes ) does that mean he'll have to come to LFC when it's the winter transfer window : /

Re: With 3 days left in the transfer market, which transfers do you think will go through and which are BS?
I dont know why Napoli let go off Ruiz without giving him a proper chance..
Their defense is absolutely crap especially the centre backs with Cannavaro being the only decent CB in the lineup..
Considering they play with a 3-cb system they should've kept him imo..Aronica and Grava are rubbish,Federico Fernendez is yet to play a game in Serie A, and i am not aware of Campagnaro's current health situation..
And they're now signing Bocchetti as his replacement but he's a clumsy and an average defender in my eyes..Also needs to reduce his wages though..

A 5 million euro bid for Brazilian U-20 international Juan of Internacional from Napoli is being claimed by Corrierre dello Sport. Ganso should know quite a bit about him, though really Napoli could use two defenders not just one. A loan bid for Santon would be a great idea, he'd get Champions League football and Napoli would get a player for their left side who can also rest Maggio if Zuniga is unavailable for some reason.

I maybe wrong but if he cant get his work permit in time then we can still register him and play once he gets permit and dont have to wait till the next window.Suarez only secured work permit 2 days after the window and was ln limbo to for the stoke match to due the work permit issues.

Yh aslong as you finish all the rest of the paperwork before the deadline the permit is irrelevant you can get that after the window closes....

According to Chronicle we are trying hard to complete a deal for Cissokho and Maiga and have senior officials in france trying to get them over the line........
Seriously if they all happen.....
I am cranking this on all the way up and dancing topless

Benayoun to leave for either Tottenham or another EPL side.
One of Luka Modric or Pereira to come in. 25% chance for each of them to come in with a 50% chance of neither.
