Wesley for a long time has followed this formula: 1 good year, 1 bad year. He is scheduled for a good year next season so whoever buys him will at least be happy for his debut season.

That's because Chelsea are setting up a deal for Guardiola as coach and Cesc as his star player......

Maybe, but Sneijder has won everything with Inter, and maybe he is looking for a new challenge in PL.

The Kaka rumors was mainly fueled because of Ancelotti. Now that Ancelotti is gone, the Kaka to Chelsea rumors has basically evaporated.
