Aquilani is not Mr. X, can you imagine how angry the fans would be at our management if we went through all of the being told we are preparing a CL squad, the whole mystery clues given, the constant ruling out players, and then to find out that all this drama was created over Alberto Aquilani? You want to talk about people being angry over the sale of Kaka, the idea of coming off a scudetto winning campaign and then go into the drama that has been this summer just for Aquilani would create a lot of backlash from fans who had high hopes entering this summer, Aquilani is good and I am not complaining we got him as it was a position of need and we addressed it but I am in no way believing Galliani that our market is closed until Spetember 1st it is open

Mr X might join in winter, but we dont want to wait.

Its speculated that the Milan board have failed in some of their targets this summer as well as Montolivo and have chosen Aquilani as their plan B.

Aquilani will be unveiled around the 27th 28th as Galliani did not mean to be so precise in the date.

The market is closed now as Aquilani is already touted as the final piece by max and AG.

But remember we were after 2 mids, a CM (LM, RM versatility included) and an AM. We still lack that brain in attack that links mids and strikers. Aquilani is replacement of Pirlo, but we were determined to get another player. Galliani said after Taiwo+Mexes, that we re getting replacements for any players that leave (Pirlo) and another mid. Ofcourse you can say El Shaarawy, but I have doubts aboy that.

Not the best campaign from Milan, last chances to spill cash as Financial FP approaches, but we go eco. So, I still bet on 1 signing in the end of summer.
