He won't start, but a little extra depth won't hurt behind Pazzo and Matri. No more Borriello or Gilardino! bounce

I still remain very skeptical of him.

He was quite young when he emerged with Fiorentina and later Bologna, but he didn't impress at all. I said it then that his style doesn't suit Serie A and considering that he's done so well in Spain, I'd say he's better suited there, but now he's 25 and a lot more confident so I'd be happy to be wrong in this case.

18m is still far too much for him regardless though.

He is the real deal MCLewis, Roma's playing style suits him. He'd suck in slowpoke teams though Very Happy

18 million is a crazy amount of money to spend on a player who was a flop in Serie A ..Esp for us we could put that money to better use imo..

I really hope he proves me wrong and bangs in a ton of goals for us but my gut feeling says Sabatini you *bleep* up son...
