He was out for almost the whole of last season, gotta wait to see him perform this season to evaluate him one way or the other.

World class potential,although I think he didn't establish himself as WC because of the injury.

Last seasons ending would've had a very different scenario if he was there IMO,and he would be rated higher for sure.

i agree with this comment. but the only way to become world class by most ppls opinion is if you win something with the team you are playing for.

put him a CB partnership with vidic or pique and you will see how good he actually is.

Arsenal do him injustice because his CB partner usually suck (squilacci and koscielny)

I think he's a top 20 CB... that's about it.

No one has replied to my question,

so yeah, i think he is world class.

You have to realize that at Arsenal he does not get any sort of protection from the midfield at all!

That exactly what people dont understand, Pair any CB in the world with Squilacci I guarantee you he wont, no one will talk about him again.
