Belford
Flanagan Sama Wisdom Robinson
Coady Shelvey

HT 0-2 ..
We really need to learn to take our chances and our defensive attitude has been poor.

Lost 3-0 for anyone who didn't know. Thought Sterling was great. Can't believe Suso missed a sitter towards the end of the first half.

Disappointed with Shelvy and Coady in midfield tbh.Sterling was great and if we had scored all those sitters it could easily have ended 3-3.

With that said, Lisbon apparently have one of the best U19 squads. We had a few moments of brilliance in attack, but I have to say our defense looked crap. Robinson made the odd great tackle, but the other three had no urgency to their game. (In my opinion)

I hope he only looks like Lennon, I'd be gutted if he plays like Lennon though

Oh no you didn't.

Anyway, 3-0 to us.
Silva; Sterling assist.
Silva; Suso assist.
Coady PK; Ngoo fouled. Not sure if that counts as an assist. :?:
Sterling deserved a goal. Their keeper was class. Could of been a lot higher.

Oh. My bad.
I didn't watch the last 15 minutes. Should've checked up on it.
Good to see Sterling score I guess.

Re: Liverpool U19 (NextGen Tournament)
Your guys tied today against Wolfburg 1-1. Needed a late equaliser that was deliver by an own goal.
Here I found some highlights from the end of the game in which your guys had a couple of chances to get the 3 points.

Can't seem to get a result away from home... and why do we also end up against Sporting, who have one of the best youth sides in the competition?
