Re: Aguero vs Suarez
Aguero is better and more talented, he has amazing technique, finishing, strength he's a little bull, the guy is ridiculously gifted and if put in the right team can be a balon d'or contender.

La Liga defenses are absolutely atrocious btw.
you are always exaggerating when talking about defenses in la liga. You sound as if every quality scorer in la liga drops 30+ goals for fun.
Fact is, the eredivise is not of the same quality level as la liga, no matter how you rate la liga defenses, the eredivise isnt of the same standard.
Aguero never broke the 20 goals mark in la liga, does that mean that if he achieve the same in england, la liga defenses are better than the epl's? fun fact, torres waited to leave la liga to break that ceiling.
In a league where playing and letting play is the philosophy, he scored an awful little amount of goals per season.
I exaggerate due to the fact that defense does not seem to be a priority in the La Liga as all to many times, I have seen little priority over closing down space, tactically working as a unit and overall any other form of defensive astuteness. This is undeniable its common to know that defense is a small priority as attack is clearly favored to the point of neglect.
Yes, the Liga is in a higher level of football but the difference between the leagues is exaggerated.
And torres scoring little in Athletico? He scored 20 goals twice with Athletico.

Re: Aguero vs Suarez
Suarez cuz im biased.
But i really think Suarez is a more complete player than Aguero.
Suarez = cross, pass, shoot, create , finish, dribble, hold, free kicks, Penalties, COPA AMERICA.
Aguero = pass, shoot, create , finish, dribble, hold.
Hahah .. One of the greatest comparisons ever.

Re: Aguero vs Suarez
Surprised so many people think Aguero is better. There honestly isn't much between the two of them IMO.
Aguero is probably the better goalscorer but Suarez is a more complete player. There both diving cunts as well.

that's what you get for making a poll the day aguero scores 2 goals and make an assist in 30mn in his debut.

Hard one imo... I'll call it a draw. I wonder what Forlan would say though.

Was thinking about this.
So many folks with Aguero replies.
Who is better atm? Who would you rather have in your side?

Aguero has a lot of potential, but to me he hasn't lived up to it exactly yet, but Suarez is a killer right now.

Is it because of his Man City debut?
Fun fact:
Aguero: 291 apps, 126 goals
Suarez: 243 apps, 143 goals.
Question on who is effective on the pitch? Suarez is simply a more complete player then Aguero and plays as SS compared to Kun who plays an inside forward.
Hilarious.
La Liga defenses are absolutely atrocious btw.
La Liga defenses are suffering, but they are still better than those from Eredivisie.
Overrated league honestly; Milan having problem in the first leg against PSV made whole Goal Legacy say that PSV is a strong team and Eredivisie is a fabulous league. But this happens on Goal Legacy everytime. Unfortunately, users change their opinions so many times, like the wind changes its direction.

Re: Aguero vs Suarez
Both are one of my favourite players in the league. Suarez is more creative, better dribbler, better link up and more trickier. Aguero is a better finisher, poacher, has better instinct and rest is equal to Suarez.
I'd pick Suarez.

If I had to pick one, Agüero easily. Fantastic all arounder and completes a full season unless he's injured unlike Suárez.

Too lazy. But consider this. Agüero is injured more than every 2nd game. Out of the possible 3420 minutes he has played 1526 in the EPL which is less than 50 %. If you also include the minutes where he actually plays but has to find his rythm you've got a full strength Agüero in about about 30 % of the season. He has missed 2 games against Bayern in the CL and had ONE touch against Barcelona in Camp Nou after missing the game in the Etihad. Not reliable.
Consider also this. Despite him missing more than half of the season City have waltzed the league with 100+ goals regardless.
He scores goals in a heavily adventurous side that produces blow-outs every week against teams that City are expected to beat anyway. Any iconic performance against any reasonable side? Meh.
His finishing is definitely not elite. Last season under Mancini in a more "reasonable" setup than "all out 4-4-2" he produced 12 goals in 30 games. That's less than Pedro and Alexis Sanchez this season from wide positions playing less minutes. For Argentina Higuain is the first choice #9. Compare their minutes throughout the qualifications, Agüero was mostly coming from the bench.
He also doesn't lead the line on his own and always plays alongside another striker to share the workload. Overall he hasn't done anything of note the past 2 seasons. People wank over his potential (which I don't doubt) and because he dribbles. His last big moment was against QPR.

Suarez is more complete than him for me . Suarez is a total player capable to score in every way (became also an excellent free kicker) , it's difficult to find him some weaknesses imo. probably Aguero can be preferred for impact in big games , but for the rest I repeat my preference for El Pistolero who scored 31 goals with no penalties this year, so his finishing is not so bad

Suarez is better. Better dribbler. Agüero walzes into traffic like a bull. Suarez is more swiftly, has turns and nutmegs up his sleeve. More variety in the way he takes on defenders. Better creativity. Agüero doesn't involve his teammates. He can lay it off in the box and get some assist numbers but Suarez is a better creator outside of it, can play throughballs etc. Better scorer unless Agüero shows 31 goals without penalties anytime soon. Better freekick taker. More complete player. Go-to guy for his national team, outshining Cavani by far, Copa America winner.
Having said that. Suarez too has to prove himself in bigger stages first. Being a Mule League legend alone doesn't count.

The 2010 WC doesn't count? He was better than Forlan at that tournament despite the latter's award.
