Who is better?

Goetze. Goetze has done more internationally on youth levels and soon senior level, and he plays in Europe which is harder. Last season he was 18 and had the most assists in the Bundesliga, and scored a couple of wonder-goals.

Everytime I've seen Gotze, he has impressed me.

Not so much for Ganso, considering the hype he gets here. I've only seen about 4-5 games, and he's much better for Santos.

Gonna go for Gotze considering he's already a champion of Germany and to replace Oezil in the NT with such class at 18 years old is unbelievable.

Goetze! i just can't praise that kid enough. He already plays like a veteran and is just so incredibly talented. Further u can see that he is working on himself, as his finishing has become better and more calm.

CL football will now help him grow even further and I would assume that he will leave for a big foreign club in one year. For now he should remain with dortmund eventhough reports came out that ManU is after him now. Whatever happens, he'll be a legend in German football - 100% sure.
