Best header of the ball in a long time. One of the best finishers of the generation. And a class act. Amazing player. Wanted him at Juve before Lazio got him.

I realized just today he's not with Lazio any more. Yet I haven't seen a retirement announcement. Has he retired or just looking for a club as free agent?

Klose was always underrated. Plus, the BL back then had a very dubious reputation. Not many clubs outside Bayern were poaching Buli talent. Plus. he was already nearing 30.

He could have definitely gone to an elite club if he wanted to. I'd sure as hell have him even as a bench option.
