Rafinha injury is what we feared. Anterior Crucate ligament. 6 months for recovery... he can be back towards the end of the season if everyone goes well, or next season. What a pity, poor guy. The Alcantara brothers are injury cursed. Sad

Not a bid deal even it's unfortunate. Turkish legend Arda turan is available in 4 month. Hopefully Samper will play a little bit more.

I love Pedro and I think he was a key player 2008-2011 but in his last moments he started causing more damage than doing good.

He just declined overnight. It's a miracle that we've cashed in that much on him with our management.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Rafinha is not that seriously injured and Barca are just doing this to register Turan early. After we register Arda, Rafinha will have a 'miraculous' recovery 3 months ahead of schedule.

Are you defending FIFA? I'm generally fine with the punishment (not able to register new players etc) but not allowing kids in the academy to play and basically destroying there carrer is way too far. I've read quotes of some of these kids' parents or people from their enviroment, and it's really sad.

Doing anything that would piss off FIFA is welcome.

Barcelona say they already received three months ago a letter from Fifa stating they only can start registering players on 4 January [sport]

Punishment for Barca is good but not allowing those kids to play anywhere in the EU is a farce. By doing this they don't punish the club, they punish certain individuals.
