Indeed, pusha was also one of the early converts to Abatenism and his work helped bring it to what it is today, as did others

I remember it as if it were yesterday. Abate owns Cristiano, draws God Of The Week poll with Torres then wins in the tiebreaker. Milan fans and Madrid fans go head to head in a post match flamewar and we all praise Abate's performance and post GIFs of Ronaldo's dive. Pusha keeps on posting Abate is God and made this his sig:

I think someone needs to call Cesare Prandelli and inform him about this wonderkid Abate. Perhaps he has the skills to actually make the National Team one day soon...

Abate captures the imagination of Milan fans (myself included). His development and constant improvement and progress make him so amazing to watch and develop. Remember when Flamini was employed at RB and it was considered our weakest position on the pitch??? Abate has singlehandedly turned that around, and changed from a liability to an asset in arguably one season. Big performances, most notably against CR9, just cemented his status as a dearly loved player.

Can't wait to see Abate next season!!!

My BEST friend is a Milanista and we get along great. He has followed Milan since Berlusconi bought the team in 1986. Since before most of you were born. He watches every game and will be watching tomorrow's Super Cup with Inter. I always cheer for Milan in the Champions League if Juve don't make it, which obviously has happened the last few years.

It goes both ways, the Juve section get trolled all the time with Interisti and Milanisti and people who follow other clubs. The forum seems to be full of this back and forth stuff. Yes, our section was actually wiped out because of the Moggi vs. Marotta debates, but that issue is for another day.

Suffice to say that I do follow Milan and one of my all time favourite Italian players is Paolo Maldini. So I wouldn't be bashing all Juventini and say that we are all trolls. I've seen Milanisti troll our section as well.

Anyways, that's my two cents. And for the record, my Milanista friend told me that Maggio > Abate overall, but that Abate had a good year last year and maybe he will get a call up soon. So take that for what's it's worth.

Honestly.. he has had a good season, but so has the whole Milan team! Name me a player you hate/want to kick out as we have Amauri... None! Reason? = you won serie A and have 11 players you believe in. Abate is nothing special - i can name you a bunch of other serie a RBs who would have done just as good/better in the milan team 2010/2011!!! When juve win the league next year we claim we've had the best team since scudetto! it's pretty logic to me... point is; abate is NOT special
