One thing to say after the evenings game

Robinho should be the Trequartista, he was the supplier for both goals, and his runs are impossible to mark coming from so deep. Prince should be RCM, and once we get Montolivo, he should be LCM. It's as clear as day, Robinho is amazing with the Milan shirt on.

I agree. We currently lack players who can make space for themselves. Robinho is the only player in Milan who runs at defenders consistently. His dribbling, agility, and composure on the ball (until he shoots!) make him well suited for this role.

I would like to see Allegri's 4-3-1-2 tactic evolve this year. Last season we played very rigidly at times, with many defensive midfield players. Now that we have a good platform to work with, Allegri needs to find a way to beat the bigger teams in the midfield area. Our current deficiencies in midfield are due to a lack of stamina, pace, and a collectively poor first touch imo. We currently play a stand off style of defense with rare pressing high up the pitch. If you still haven't noticed, the big clubs have been finding it easy to pass the ball around in our half, while we have trouble getting the ball out of defense. A midfield that includes Boateng and Montolivo could theoretically give us the option of playing with a higher defensive line and a higher midfield line. We cannot expect to win the champion's league with our current tactics. The bigger clubs always beat us in midfield.

IF we do no get Ganso, Robinho should be the best choice unless Cassano regains his fitness and increases his work rate.<br>

did anyone notice how Cassano is so fat and slow that he couldnt even run and receive the ball before the slow Bayern-defense came and took it before him?

Robinho for big games, Cassano in as sub, or start against lesser teams.
