To be honest, I've never heard of a club paying 10s of millions of euros for a player... and then not being able to register him. Granted, if a club did this in France, they'd relegate them to amateur status (no joke). Almost happened to Lille and it did happen to Bordeaux. Barca lucky they're in La Liga.

If y'all think Real Madrid are praying on Barca's downfall, ye be sorely mistaken. I prefer Madrid to crush them come matchday. Not like this. Even when we lose to Barca, we still profit by other means so it's never a total loss.

Though I do understand their concerns, the other clubs pressuring la Liga to put Barca in the dirt definitely seems petty even if valid. Sevilla, pathetico, etc really wanna change the status quo it seems. Well their complaints are valid so I hope Barca sorts themselves out sooner rather than later. Preferential treatment will hurt the prestige of La Liga.

Barcelona hasn't been punished with relegation so far because them being relegated will hurt Real Madrid's bottom line and more importantly, La Liga's bottom line.

He is his worst enemy. There is a report that Bellingham and Mbappe need to talk with him, as well Carlo should as well. There is no doubt that he does suffer a lot of infractions and abuse that referees tend to ignore. But a lot of he because of his constant ill reactions. Take today’s game as an example. He got the yellow for protesting. When will he learn that one protesting doesn’t do any good and two, the rules this year are he can’t talk to the ref let alone protest. Then the goalie provoked him, but that doesn’t give him the right to swat him back!

Overall it was another poor game by Madrid. They simply aren’t creating chances, i count no more than 4 in the entire game and the defense is weak. you would think Mendy would be ok against the bottom dwelling team, but a midfielder was far more effective than he was. And for the life of me, I don’t understand why Carlo doesn’t play Asencio in place of Lucas or Tchouameni. He may be young but he has played better than both of them.

Carlo trying to reduce pressure on the kids, Güler, Endick and Asencio will be the death of him. If he keeps this up, we better hope Xabi is better with youth than Carlo or else, we could lose all three of them.

Hala I was wrong re the yellow being Ceballos not Vini (however he could have, both of them were yapping. And the keeper did get a yellow on that Play. The ref went to view the play in VAR and came out giving him the yellow and then he went back to the monitor and Vini’s slap!

I agree with you Vini does get abused but he is his own worse enemy with his reactions.

As a general comment, I don’t understand why refs permit the abuse. In other sports, the referees protect their star players.

Mbappr doesn't pass near the box so we can exclude him. But Vini passes to everyone. Just a couple of games ago Vini made a brilliant assist to Mbappe. We haven't quite gotten out of our funk yet so we'll continue having to rely on individual brilliance to win for the moment. Last season Rodrygo and Vini started the season having 0 chemistry. But in the second half of the season it all came together and they helped one another sink City amongst others

He didn't have time to look on the monitor before he carded the keeper. They hadn't started playing it yet. He got a yellow for the melee he caused while the referee was away at the monitor.

Vini yells to the sky/himself about 50 yards from the referee. It's easy to think he does it in close proximity to the referee because the broadcasters have his reactions on the screen on loop even when he isn't involved. It's a whole conspiracy from top to bottom. USA would be proud when they see how a narrative has been created about Vini to make everyone dislike him. Right out of their playback.

A conspiracy to make Vini look bad is less believable than any refereeing conspiracy ever. He's simply an imbecile and keeps acting an asshole and shouting and pointing right to ref's faces, i can provide countless pictures and clips but farfan will be here in a minute so id rather not
