The wheels are already in motion. Spurs are top of the table while Kane already lost a super cup final and is out of cup contention after losing to a third tier team.

It's a wet dream and would be one of the sweetest narratives in football history. Aside from a couple highlights I havent seen them play at all this season but on paper their team seems a bit too short to keep up all season

That would be funny
I watched Bayern vs Leverkusen earlier this season and the latter were quite legit
Bayern have such depth and experience at winning that they are always a threat in the second half of the season, while Leverkusen might not last the marathon.

even if Bayern don't win the league or CL this season, the joke here is thinking that Spurs will win the PL (or perhaps any cup for that matter)

It would be hilarious to say the least but Kane made the ambitious move out of the small pond and while he would facepalm his entire existence seeing them win just when he leaves, I doubt he would care given he is in a bigger club than Spurs can ever hope to be and a more attractive one at that.
