As long as Messi playing in a top 5 league, I will not get the feeling of an end of an era because I can see his magic week in and week out.
Once Messi retires may be in 2 years time (heading to USA, China can be considered as retirement), I can see Mbappe and Haaland duo has everything to give us that mouthwatering clashes in terms of winning trophies, breaking records and the kind of knockout games we always look for.
