Well today you can add UEFA to the list who don't buy Barca's explanation for the under the table payments to Negreira. They have opened their own investigation.

Not this time! Tebas is too much of a coward on this!

But I do see that Tebas has won his battle with Laporte with the Gavi signing! You should read up on Laporte refinancing details. You will see statements from Laporte about him being handed a bankrupt team and his literary only possible action was to get some relief from Tebas in refinancing and rebuilding a competitive team. You also note that he got help from Perez in some of the refinancing. Tebas did give him some relief, but there are limits to it, as Tebas sees it, to protect them and liga from true bankruptcy. Spending more on player salaries than your income, regardless where that income comes from is not a sound business strategy. Bottom line is Tebas, despite his terrible personality, is right with his stance on this.

The possible referee influence however is another matter and although they haven’t yet found direct payments to refs, there are still irregularities that haven’t been explained!

I can see that you want to deny all of this, but reality is your club is still in serious jeopardy. What the final outcome will be, I don’t think any of us can predict!

So we cruised to another easy 3 points with half a B team again, credit to Xavi Very Happy

Really bit at a loss with how much better we are vs the small teams nowadays n our consistency compared with pre-Xavi... I mean we played with Eric Garia n Roberto in midfield I believe XD With Ferran n Fati as wingers. Magic from Xavi Very Happy

Meanwhilte, Real 6-0 with Benzema hattrick in 7mins, phew, some nicely taken goals. Valladolid were a mess though, but Real's attacking players can look scary when they play like this.

This was bad but fact is, you can't win them all. 4th win in a row seemed impossible without key players, I didnt expect 4 but a 3-1 loss at least.

Still 3-1 in clasicos this year.

The gulf in quality is just immense... been saying I struggle to understand how we beat them so often lately n how we are running away with the league XD

We all know Pedri n De Jong downgraded to Roberto n Kessie is huge, but still... but yea it is what it is, anyone who saw the lineup knew we were fked, its a wonder Xavi has managed to extract so much from this squad this season tbh Razz

Question marks on Kounde at times still, he just defends a bit strange at times like he tracks the wrong player at the wrong time. Alonso is mega slow so we definitely need to improve on defense. Basically every game vs the top team I see the same thing repeated - Raphinha does his best n then is subbed off n extremely pissed off for making way for useless Ferran who gets to do nothing for 30mins Very Happy

He mispass leading to that classy Vini run n assist for Benz was too glaring... Yea n we still dont have a RB n LW XD We are just so far behind Real atm in terms of squad building. Real's front 3 were toying with us, although we did push too many players to press too often n left them all the room to play with.
