In all fairness, they gave us Kroos a year before the end of his contact, so I wouldn't call them exactly a prison.

Just realized Xavi said he might be possible? If reports are to be believed, Bayern are asking 50 million which is utterly ridiculous for a 34 year old player in last year of contract. Cant see it going through unless they lower asking price to 20m or something which is still a lot imo even though he's in great physical shape for his age

A striker should not be of concern right, we have Auba Ansu Depay who can play CF.

Could also be a move to get Dembele to stick around. I mean who wants to play with Auba when you can play with Lewandowski.

Also if Auba can score that many goals in such a little time, Lewa will probably win pichichi.

Still, Barca need alot more than Lewa to compete for big trophies imo.

They need a whole new defence minus Araujo and a DM and probably even a better keeper

Spending 50 on Lewa isn't a waste of money, it's Spending 55ME on Ferran which defies logic imo

I wouldnt plan for the future with Dembele in mind..... he's a mercenary and will not stay. Anyway they bought Auba to appease Dembele lol since they were friends at BVB

Auba is fine, I like him, however his link-up play is average. I refuse to believe the Morata rumors were true, Xavi would lose a lot of respect in my eyes

I find it kind of an asshole move though to talk about Bayern like that. He had no reason to out them like that especially when so far they haven't shown any sign that there are going to keep him against his will.

A better approach would have been to talk directly to them. No need to involve the public and leave the club on bad terms.

How do you know he hasnt done that already? Bayern's board is famously arrogant so I can imagine where that went.
