No,
La liga isn’t satisfied with the financials, mostly due to 150M double accounting as well they have an issue with squad size numbers. Plus they need to get the de Jong and Silva issues taken care of.

LaLigas deadline is on the 31st of August. In order to register players they need their accounts approved. In LaLiga you register players on a website and they system tells you whether you can register or not so there won't be any bureaucracies involved during sign up. All that is left is LaLiga approving those accounts  and the sign up will be swift. The hold up is Laporta trying everything before having to mortage more of the clubs future. It lloks like he has to activate the 4th lever meaning Barca will get 100ME now. Together with restructuring of a few contracts and deferring payments to later years Barca will be able to raise the 130-150ME euros needed to register all their players

The fair play wage bill rules are quite strict and for example Betis also have problems registering players

I think Tebas' mistake is not adapting despite Covid killing off any revenue streams. But these rules are very very important to prevent clubs from going bust. Need to prevent what happened to Super Depor to happen to more teams. Look at Atleti who are just as careless as Barca, if the league didn't reign them in they would've filed fot bankruptcy long ago. They are probably the worst run side in the league financially by enlarge (after Barca)

I think Pjanic will stay as backup to Busquets because Nico is going on loan to Valencia.

Xavi wants to keep 1 of Depay and Aubameyang, but reports says club is willing to let go of both if good offer arrives.

If both leave, Lewandowski wouldnt have a proper backup to be honest. Ansu can play as a striker, but he's very raw. My bet is that Aubameyang will stay.
