It would be shitty to get rejected for Chelsea but yeah, I genuinely don't care about FDJ. Don't think he's fixing our midfield issues int he slightest. I just wish something definitive would happen with him so we can move on.

Yea Kante I am not so sure, considering his latest injury issues and age, but imo they have better or certainly same level midfielders as de jong. Some of their young players are quality too, like Gallagher. So it will be a bit strange, shelling 75 odd mil on Frenkie. Chelsea under new owners seems a bit similar to United under Glazers. Looking to make statement signings instead of addressing their more pressing issues. Their scattergun approach this window also reminds me of us.

Anyway, I genuinely do hope we walk away. If at all he comes now, his wages will be totally off the charts. Murtough and other idiots it seems are hellbent. I dont know whether the hassle is worth, especially if he didnt settle and underwhelms. He clearly doesnt want to come it seems. Even if we dont sign anyone as a replacement, I have faith in Ten Hag developing someone for that role. Like Garner, Iqbal etc. Its the forward players who are totally worrying me going into the new season. All we have are moody Martial, Cronaldo and Rashford. Only Sancho is there who is dependable.

Here’s the list of Barca players that are on the “push out” list, after Minquesa and Riqui departures. They don’t have to get rid of all of them, but probably 4 of them to allow for Silva, Azipilicueta and Alonso to come.

Besides De Brothers, I suspect both Braithwaite and Umtiti will be problematic!

Hope we sign Depay he would play a lot of minutes for us

Depay will find suitors, Juve interested
Ding Dong leaves or else = riots
Braithwaite/Umtiti are potential loanees, or their contracts could be terminated
Pjanic has good offers, but also expressed his desire to lower salary and stay

Well i read rumors that Allegri wants the corpse of Pjanic back as emergency replacement for Pogba. Not sure how he fits in our setup but we'll see... can't be worse than the guy he was traded for. There is always SMS stuck in Lazio and we reactivated the contacts recently.

Also we are trying to buy Milenkovic for 15m but Inter could outbid us with Skriniar's money if they get it in time.

Good news coming along in that we finally shifting out beta players... Puig to MLS would make me so happy, have had enough delusional cules for some reason keep rating him for yrs when hes exactly MLS level materials... Depay gone is good. We just wasted to much time with these betas n its not good for anyone involved..

For some reason fans are so invested in this idea of their clubs not being "suckers". They'll do anything to convince others that a shitty deal is not as bad as it looks or that nobody in the market has gotten one over them. This isn't an egregious example, but @Myesyats is doing the same thing here by stating the very obvious. Nobody assumes reported wages are not shown in gross.

It is closer to 15m, but he is 18. We will recoup it in time. And apparently Barca was in on him. So yeah suck it. Lol

Cucurella? Overpriced he shouldn’t be going for such money, but he can play multiple positions. He is a good fit.

I honestly don’t care for the transfers fee as long as I like the players.

It is players like Dumfries that scares me, who I don’t rate.

There is also players like Cesare Casadei, who has not made 1 senior appearances who inter want 20m.

We also signed Slonina, the last two teenage GK we spent big on was Coutouis and Cech.

Why would he extend though? He can enter negotiations with another club in January and get paid a lot more, it is always tricky thinking a player will extend we found out with Rudigar and Christensen. Both were saying the right things, and at one point it looked like they were extending.

Dunno if wage list is even true as usual, but if so wtf is Pjanic wages up there when hes loaned out, so I doubt it, pure bs? Otherwise Arthur should be getting similar at Juve with that dodgy deal done by Barto...
