When will Arteta finally get sacked?
Seriously, when?
The results are horrible, the football is horrible, the dressing room is starting to go public.. SURELY everyone at the club knows sacking the amateur is inevitable?
What's the scenario here? Does it depend on the next results? Will he get to stay until the next defeat? Or how many more defeats will he be allowed to inflict on the club?
There's no time like now, honestly, especially since there's a NT break. So what are they waiting for?

Sure, sack him if you want. But you would be just tending to the superficial wound and completely ignoring the big-ass tear underneath.
P.S: I'm of course referring to Kroenke.

What's the deal with complaining about Kroenke? Arsenal never had active or vocal, or spending, owners.
Don't think they've ever spent as much as they've done now under Kroenke.
Just hire a competent manager and go from there

Re: When will Arteta finally get sacked?
Have you seen the people the Kroenke's have left in charge? It's not about spending, but more the critical lack of competence and experience at executive level.
Wenger was the all-powerful pillar at the club and when he left Gazidis tried to put a new structure in place, but then he also left. Then Sanllehi took joint-leadership with Vinai and neither of them had any football expertise. Between them they hired Emery and then Edu, binned Emery for poor form then hired Arteta as head coach. Sanllehi then left one month after an independent audit by one of Kroenke's lawyers amid rumours of suspiciously high transfer fees and now Vinai, who was head of commercial operations and not a football guy, is in charge of the football side. Arteta is now manager and not head coach and has far more responsibility, stepping on Edu's toes as technical director. And that's the short version.
Arteta is one problem, Edu is another, and the Kroenke's are the biggest. These are people who saw the structure under Wenger wasn't suitable for modern times, changed it, and are now repeating the exact same structure. Vinai laid-off 50 staff during lockdown then gave Willian a 250k p/w contract. Edu is busy posting pictures of his holidays and flaunting his relationship with Kia, whose clients have been stinking up the club for at least two years now. Football clubs all need people who can say no to dumb ideas, but it seems at Arsenal this person doesn't exist. Nobody told Arteta it might look awful if he loans out a 30m centre back two years straight without giving him a chance, while playing inferior defenders in his place, and then spending 50m on another young centre back. Nobody told him giving Maitland-Niles a new contract after turning down 20m from Wolves, and then proceeding to not play him and loan to WBA, would be a terrible idea.
Things on the pitch can improve despite the mess off of it, but long-term any new manager is going to find Arsenal a tough gig because the support structure does not exist.
Here's an interesting comparison to consider. Arsenal vs Chelsea in the Europa League final in 2019, under Emery and Sarri respectively. Emery finished 5th while Sarri finished 3rd. Sarri won the cup... and was sacked. Lampard came in during the transfer ban, but when his results declined, he too was sacked. Then Chelsea signed a world-class coach in Tuchel, won the Champions League, and are now PL contenders again. What have Arsenal done in the same time? They kept Emery until November before sacking him, replaced him with Arteta who didn't improve the team that much, and then proceeded to back their under-performing manager with 150m in a transfer market. Chelsea, for better or worse, set high standards which have to met and underperformance for too long simply isn't tolerated. Arsenal, on the other hand, double down on mediocrity either deliberately or through sheer incompetence.
Arsenal missed out on Klopp because they wouldn't let Wenger go in 2014. They missed out on Tuchel because they wouldn't let Emery go quick enough. They went for a rookie manager over Ancelotti. This the club we're trusting to replace Arteta with someone competent.

Made this myself last night lol, figured adding the little disclaimer down below "this fact is disputed" was a nice touch

Re: When will Arteta finally get sacked?
Arteta is probably the worst manager in the league, but the people above him are even worse. I have no words for Edu and Kroenke‘s who allow this mess to continue.
